We are happy to offer a free web consultation, and based on your specific needs we will provide a quote for FREE!. You are under no obligation to commit to our service. We are happy to meet face to face with customers based in Scotland, or via telephone or email to the rest of the world, so get things kicked off - contact us.

Requirement Capture

Once you have chosen w4 to build your online presence - we will discuss what your specific requirements are eg.

How much content do you have already ? How much more do you need ?
What is your vision for the new site ?
Do you like other websites ?

Initial Design

Based on your requirements we work to create an initial design, this can be from one of our Stock designs and customised for you - or built entirely from scratch.

Final Requirements

To ensure that we create the site that fits your business - we take your thoughts and suggestions on board, and tweak the final design as required.

Final Design & Payment

Your design is completed by the w4 web specialists. It is then tested, making sure that it is compatable with modern browsers, and conforms to accessibility requirements.

We shall host the site temporarily, and once you are satisfied with the design we require you to settle your payment.

Site Launch

We're ready to go - we offer up to 3 months of free web hosting with our Web site builder packages, if you take advantage of this then we can easily set up your new site on our own hosting service. If you have your own hosting arrangements we can work with you to get your site launched.

You will be provided with the final web site media, including all sources after the site is finalised. You will hold all copyright to the content and images created by w4.
